Retainer Agreement: $350 service fee credited to store purchase within 60 days. (Minimum purchase $7500).
Services include:
1. In-store consultation by appointment. (Maximum 2 hrs.)
2. On-site visit. Visit includes room size verification, selection of color scheme, size and spatial relationships and preparation of floor plans.
In the event this project is terminated before completion, the above retainer will be used as compensation for the services rendered, i.e. .in- store consultation and/or on-site visit .This fee is non-refundable.
